HOKA - Top Navigation Redesign

I've received input from our Design team that we would like to take a deeper look at our Top Navigation including the hierarchy and categorization of the navigation as well as not loving the overall look and feel.

In Q3 we will be utilizing Paragon to do research on user behavior and interaction with the top navigation to align on edits, copy, journey and functionality. In Q4 we would like to implement these changes through merchandising, styling, animation adds etc. to create a more fluid user experience, elevated styling and a more modernized technical experience as well

The third concern is alignment globally on how we are each designing our navigation. The functionality and experience should be similar on a Global perspective so we are aligned at a brand level. Currently each region is utilizing functionalities on the backend and categorization differently and there could be more alignment, guidelines on our ideal experience (of course each region will have differences but the overall feel should be the same)

    Product Construct Implementation

Following the June 2025 completion of product construct consumer research conducted via Paragon, the project now enters the implementation phase. The research provided valuable insights into consumer behavior and site expectations, which will inform key structural and navigational enhancements across the digital experience. (i.e. Navigation updates, Filtering experiences, SEO optimization, Search enhancements, Data Feed Attribution)

We will compile research from Paragon and EMEA in January, and see where any gaps may be before putting together a research plan.
