On August 27, we launched ID.me on HOKA-US and CA sites, offering verified medical community discounts (15% off, and 25% for select US Key Opinion Leaders).
Currently, ID.me discounts do not pass a discount_code value to EBS, since no coupon codes are generated (this is a promotion-based discount and no coupon codes are generated/used to redeem the discount). As a result, the promotion identifier is missing from the order data that feeds into EDW/Amperity, limiting our ability to accurately track usage and revenue impact.
An interim workaround is in place via GA4 → Amperity exports, but this approach is incomplete, as GA4 cannot reliably capture all users (e.g., with ad blockers) and does not provide PII-level accuracy.
This request is to ensure the promotion identifier for ID.me discounts is included in the order data flowing into EDW/Amperity. This will enable accurate measurement of promotion usage, revenue attribution, and long-term reporting without reliance on GA4 workarounds.
Validate $14M opportunity for HOKA North America eCommerce as assumed in the business case with accurate datapoints.
