We would like to kick-off a wider project with Toby Rollinson's team for the Medical User Journey. This would include materials at medical conferences, dedicated doctors landing page for doctors prescribing HOKA to patients, updates to splash pages, etc.
The project scope will need to be more clearly defined with Claire Spakowski and Toby Rollinson, it's been something we've been discussing and researching over the past year+ and would like this to further the medical user journey for HOKA.
Original Objective:
1 Establish ourselves as HOKA Footwear experts within the medical space, and the primary destination for all medical consumer segments
2. Create focus for each consumer segment through personalization
Medical Professionals recommending HOKA
MP's as customers
Patients of MP (referrals)
3. Build Relationships with Medical Professionals (AKA influencers of the industry)
4. Deliver Industry Relevant information on HOKA Products
5. Build a Content Engine to support this consumer with mindfulness of available resources (US Marketing – Doctor efforts | UGC)
6. Improve experience of US Marketing Activations
