As the business shifts to a "One-DTC" approach to customer, we need systems to feed customer data, transaction data, and social interaction data from both ecommerce and retail interactions into a single data lake/ repository.
This data architecture should support in-flight work (e.g. DECA, DOMS Decouple, DTC Customer Journey) as well as potential future work (e.g. AI-based Machine Learning tool/ engine to facilitate automated, personalized customer engagements through tools like Movableink)
