Internal audit and Legal have requested we change the on-boarding of contingent workers from the NERM platform in DECKid to Workday. The integration exists today with Workday and the workflow will need to be validated and tested especially for conversions from employee to contractor and vice-versa. They would like to launch this change on 1/1/2026. This is NA only and DCs, Retail, and Call Center temps/contractors will continue on NERM.
