Replace TR One Source Global Trade with KYG Trade suite

TR Global Trade has complicated integrations with both EBS and PLM and is in need of replacement to find a product that meets our needs (specifically re: automated product classification).

KYG provides out of the box integration solutions as well as updated compliance functionality for classifying product and applying the appropriate duty rates that TR does not have.

Additionally, TR does not have the integration flexibility that KYG has and requires continued customization that is not a requirement of KYG's platform.
