Resolution of PredictSpring POS double registration

We face a situation that customer in store first register as UGG rewards member or HOKA membership, this will create customer account in system but not in PredictSpring right after the registration, and customer must register in PPOS again, in order to link transaction to get rewards like loyalty points etc. We think if there is any possibility to make PPOS able to search customer in real time, so that the customer experience would be better.
