LOA RFP- Replacing Leave of Absence Administrator provider

We conducted an extensive RFP to replace current leave of absence administrator, Matrix with Voya. We have had significant challenges with Matrix's service levels over the last several years resulting in poor employee experience, compliance concerns and increased administrative burden on the Deckers team. By replacing Matrix, we are looking create efficiencies, streamline LOA process, reduce company liability and enhance the employee leave process experience.
