Our current technology lacks the ability to engage participants with a globally accessible URL, hence the need for a 3rd party solution. Through a 3rd party platform, participants visit the HOKA redemption site, provides their contact details and confirms entry for rewards. The chosen vendor to provide the solution is Studio Dialect.

Clarify if Strava user data can be accessed + integrated to enable a personalized challenge recap experience
Confirm which non-Strava regional platforms will be used (e.g. Joyrun, Runnable) + validate whether each can link to a single globally accessible registration site
If personalization is enabled for Strava users, determine where the save/share recap experience should live in the flow
Confirm legal requirements for the Canadian skill-testing question + where/how it must be implemented
Understand technical requirements for passing registration data into the HOKA CRM system
Confirm how many regional CRM systems exist, + the level of complexity required to integrate multiple systems
Align on the user destination after registration is complete (e.g. content hub, rewards page, redirect to loyalty, etc.)
